What can you design for us?

Almost anything! Instead of a lengthy list of what we “can” design, it’s probably easier to tell you what we “can’t” design. We don’t design videos, motion graphics, logos or branding materials, custom illustrations, or detailed maps or charts. We also don’t create Microsoft Office documents (like Word or Excel), slides (like PowerPoint or Keynote), or any online documents (like Google docs).

How many requests can I have?

You can have an unlimited number of active requests. Each request is successively completed within the number of days associated with each plan.

What’s the average turnaround time?

For the Unlimited Premium Plan, the turnaround time is 1-2 business days. For the Unlimited Plus Plan, the turnaround time is 3-4 business days. For the Unlimited Basic Plan, the turnaround time is 5-7 business days. Each revision is considered a new request, however, minor revisions are usually turned around within a day.

What file types do you provide?

We typically provide JPEG (or PNG, if desired) files for digital designs. Print-ready artwork is provided as PDF. Vector artwork is provided for apparel and merchandise requests. Source files (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator) are also provided. If you need a different format, just let us know.

How do I submit design requests?

Once you sign up, we will provide a link to a design request form specifically tailored for your church or organization. In it, you’ll fill out all the information necessary for us to provide amazing graphics for your church or ministry. Note: We will contact you within 24 hours of subscribing. Can I request a revision?

Yes! Revisions are considered an additional design request, but we usually deliver them very quickly. While we do our best to learn about your ministry and achieve the look you desire, we understand that we might initially miss the mark. Don’t hesitate to tell us to go a different direction. As we continue working together, we’re confident we’ll get a feel for exactly what you’re looking for.

Do you offer faster turnaround times?

Yes! For an additional $150, we can guarantee a 1 day turnaround for your design.

Can I add additional team members to our account?

Yes! Each church or ministry will have one point person who will shepherd each project through the project workflow. This person will have the ability to request changes or approve designs and will receive all deliverables. In addition, you may have an unlimited number of people (members, staff, etc.) who can submit requests.

Do you use templates?

Occasionally we do, but usually only for secondary assets or backgrounds. You can trust that your designs will be completely tailored for your church.

Does your designer understand the church?

Yes! Our designer, James Koerts, has served on a church staff for twenty years. In fact, much of his time was spent doing graphic design, so he understands how creating designs can cut into other ministry work. Now he serves churches full time by creating compelling, engaging graphics.

Do we get the source files?

Absolutely! You will receive the source files for all your projects.

Will you design graphics with copyrighted images?

No. We do not create designs with trademarked or copyrighted characters, designs, or products.

Am I able to submit additional requests midway through a project?

Sure! Maybe you forgot to mention that you needed a social media graphic for a particular design project. We’ll work with you. Keep in mind that significant changes are considered an additional request. Above all, we’re committed to you meeting your deadlines.

What constitutes a large project?

Large projects include large scale event promotion, signage and billboard design, detailed merch and apparel design, gospel tracts, promotional brochures, informational flyers, and some bulletin covers and templates. Please keep in mind that large projects take additional days to turnaround. We will notify you before we begin a project if it is considered a large product so that you can plan accordingly for turnaround time.
